Assemblyman Declan O’Scanlon was elected to his first term in the Legislature in November 2007. The Assemblyman was born in Marlboro and raised in Little Silver. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Monmouth College with degrees in Business Administration and Psychology. He served as Councilman in Little Silver for 14 years, and also spent several years as Police Commissioner of the Borough. The Assemblyman has been a member of the Governor’s Highway Traffic Safety Policy Advisory Council and the Board President of Love, Inc., non-profit charitable organization. Assemblyman O’Scanlon is a business owner working as a telecommunications consultant for FSD Enterprises.
