Before joining the General Assembly in January 2012, Donna Simon served on the Readington Township Committee.
Simon served on the Executive Committee of CASA SHAW(Court Appointed Special Advocates of Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties) which provide services to abused and neglected children in the foster care system.
She was a Trustee for Volunteer Guardianship One on One which provides court-appointed legal services to adults in need without families and has received a commendation from the Hunterdon County Marine Corps League Detachment 927 for her community service.
Simon is a Registered Cardiovascular Specialist with career experience in catheterization/electrophysiology/echocardiography and executive management positions in the medical, pharmaceutical and corporate industries.
Simon and her husband Michael reside in Readington Township with their college age son and daughter.top
